Contrast Room
Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge

Book our private Contrast Room for a full 60 minute session. Receive the full healing benefits of going back and forth between the extreme hot and cold elements. Start off in our Infrared Sauna for 20 minutes followed by a dip in the cold plunge --then repeat for the hour! Our sauna is custom fitted with the state of the art Acoustic Resonance Therapy device. ART sends a soothing, subtle vibration that delivers frequency healing at a cellular level. While receiving infrared and frequency healing you can also customize your experience with multiple chromotherapy (light therapy) options. The room also includes a shower, towels, and body products to freshen up. You can bring a friend for an extra $10. You'll leave this one of a kind experience feeling alive and well!

We also offer 30 minute contrast sessions and 10 minute cold plunge only sessions if you're short on time.

Mind Body Healing
We currently offer therapeutic massage and 1 on 1 sound healing and breathwork sessions.
Massage: Request an appointment below for a massage from our talented and experienced licensed massage therapists. You'll leave a session with Janine or Leigh feeling restored and relaxed. PLEASE NOTE- *Janine's availability is on Tues/Fri and Leigh's on Wed/Sat. You can submit a contact form at the bottom of our page to request a massage with your preferred therapist outside of their availability and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred time.*

Sound Healing: Request an appointment below for an hour long 1 on 1 appointment with Angela. Receive a customized sound healing and breathwork session using different instruments and the OPUS soundbed.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST): CST is a hands-on technique that uses gentle touch to release tension in the central nervous system. The focus of CST is to promote the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system, with the goal of enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities. Drinda is available on Thursdays.
