Cacao & Sound

A Cacao Ceremony is a non-dogmatic community gathering where guests have the opportunity to set intentions and receive guidance directly from their connection with the spirit of Cacao.

We begin the ceremony with introductions and intention setting for the evening.

Once everyone has shared and received their cacao we drop into a group meditative sound journey.

Then we continue with journaling and/or guided movement to get the blood flowing and energy elevated. As the experience draws to a close each person shares a takeaway.

Our circle is informed by shamanic practices and by our personal connection with the spirit of cacao.
