Dance Lab with Caroline Caswell

Dance Lab is a dance class/container where we explore improvisational forms, somatic inquiry, and choreographic scores. Here in Lockhart there is plenty of room to drop in - into ourselves, into each other, and into the universe.

NO dance experience is required OR necessary!

Caroline is the host & lead teacher of Dance Lab. She utilizes modes of improvisational dance technique, performance art, somatics, and plant relations to enhance presence and connection. She lives in Lockhart, Texas.
