Dynamic Breathwork & Sound

Join JJ and Angela on Saturday 9/2 from 4:00-6:00pm for Dynamic Breathwork and Sound Healing. Combine breath and sound to optimize your potential, create healthier patterns in the brain, and maximize your connection to your intuition. 

JJ will lead you through a consciously designed Breathwork protocol to strengthen your respiratory muscles , calm your nervous system, and create space to  access ease and momentum in your life. The breathwork will be guided in and out with specific sound frequencies to regenerate cellular health and clear stagnation in the body.

Great for beginners and seasoned breathers. No experience necessary. Bring a mat (or borrow one of our blankets) and wear comfortable clothing.
