So Hum is hosting a slow chill morning for women to come together and chill the F**K out.  

Life moves fast. Our minds are even faster, and the quickest way to ease the mind and calm our spirit is to tend to the body. Creating an environment where we can unwind, destress, connect and detox from our phones, mind chatter, and overwhelm, is crucial to our well being. Bring a robe and you most chill comfy outfit. There is no pretence here, just good vibes.

We will provide coffee, tea, and nourishing food whole foods.

The Sauna and cold Plunge will be open, as well as 10-15min Sound Bed Sessions. 

Janine, our incredible Massage Therapist will be there offering 10min or 20 min chair massages for an extra $15 or $30.  10 Min Reiki sessions will be available for $15!  Treat yourself, it is WELL worth it.
