Join L'Dia and Krystle for another transformative art therapy workshop. 

We are a sum of many parts, all of which work together to make us, us. We are complex and simple, we are unique and so similar.

 We've all been through dark times, experienced joy, loss, love, and everything in between.

 Sometimes things get trapped in our bodies and it can be difficult to expess how we feel, or what we want.  Some of us ( I've been there) are stuck in people pleaser mode and we don't know how to say "no" or how to express what we really want or what we are thinking.

 This is the perdfect place to open up, explore, and release.

 Ladia and Kystle will guide you through a fun and safe place to paint, move, meditate, and recieve some beautiful sound healing.
