Blue Ozark Healing Arts is offering a beautiful experience to dive into the depths of our inner landscape through meditaiton, movement, and art. It's fun, it's laid back, it's  incredibly powerful.

 Art and color therapy has been used in many cultures and modalities as a way  to open up a relationship with our psyche and understand concepts and feelings that may not be so easy to verbalize or comprehend. 

 This workshop is designed to connect us to our inner child, release stagnant life force, and reconnect to our true selves.
