A 46 min sound journey to clear and align your energy centers, otherwise knowns as our Chakras. Our Chakras are connected to different organs and systems in our body. If there is inflammation, stagnation, or any block in the parts of our body, we cannot operate optimally. Our system will feel sluggish, run down, or heavy. We can experience brain fog, disease, joint pain, digestive issues, respiratory issues, and so much more. Certain frequencies can restructure the cells, re-wire the brain to clear and make space for a healthy and thriving environment. This sessions moves through the entire body, recalibrating your entire operating system. This session includes Blue Lotus Tea and a 10-15 min intention setting and grounding introduction.
