Service Description
Women's group meets once a month unless noted otherwise. Women of all ages, life experiences, and perspectives are welcome. A time to share, get vulnerable, support each other, and learn different embodiment practices (breathwork, somatic release, and more). Free event but donations are welcome. You can pay online or in person, and you are always welcome with no money exchange necessary.
